The K-Cat Project Championship was previously the "world championship" for the organization since its inception. It was defended in wrestling and boxing but on rare occasions. However, due to the lack of official releases for several years until 2019, the accuracy of the belt's lineage is difficult to process.
NOTE: The following title holders are officially recognized as champions in no particular order. However, the exact date, opponent, or reign is a bit cryptic but with a few exceptions. Additionally, any information about title vacancies or who was the inaugural champion is unknown.
The belt is officially retired following the introduction of the new belt for K-Cat on May 20, 2022.
