Fighting Girls 16: THE FINAL was the final live event put on by the Fighting Girls organization, held on April 16, 2016.
The event features the debuts of Airi Natsume, Haruna Ikoma, and Inko Haku (Ageha). Mari Koizumi successfully defended the B-1 Title against Hana Yoshida. In the main event, YUE retained the FG Title over arch-rival Hitomi Aragaki.
