The BATTLE Heavyweight Championship (formally known as the BATTLE Queen Championship) was reintroduced at BWP 06: HOLY WAR on December 14, 2019. The belt's design is similar to the B-1 Championship but with a red strap. The championship is often paired with another belt.

Originally under the "BATTLE Queen" name, the belt's lineage dates back to 2002 being the oldest belt in BATTLE history. However, up until Gen 6 champion Yui Nanase, additional information for champions 1-5 is limited or unavailable.
