The B-1 Championship is one of the oldest active belts in the BATTLE organization. It was established on September 30, 2011. The belt was the biggest prize at the time, especially during the annual B-1 Tournament. Once the BWP Championship was introduced as a world championship for the BWP, the belt became a mid-card level prize.

Hitomi Aragaki	Mar 28, 2014	1 day	Defeated Megumi Haruka to win the championships and became the third and final "Triple Crown Champion". Immediately vacated all the belts after the press conference.

Madoka Hitomi	May 26, 2017	210 days	Defeated Natsuki Yokoyama to win the 2016 B-1 Tournament and earn a title match. She would then defeat Mari Koizumi to capture the belt.
Sesera Harukawa	Dec 22, 2017	112 days	Defeated Madoka Hitomi to win the championship. Vacated the belt due to scheduling issues on May 3, 2018.
