Airi Natsume is a retired Japanese AV actress and pro wrestler. She is best remembered for her time with the BATTLE organization as the founder of Fighting Girls International. Her accomplishments include being a one-time Fighting Girls Champion.
BATTLE (2016-2018)[]
The "Genius Wrestler" was credited as the influencer for establishing FGI following the original organization's demise in late 2016. Natsume is also well-known for wearing the color red exclusively in swimsuits and kneepads as part of her ring attire.
Fighting Girls Champion[]
Not long after defeating Ai Kayama in the first series of FGI, in April 2017, Natsume defeated YUE to win the Fighting Girls Championship for the first and only time in her career. She would have two successful title defenses against the like of Sesera Harukawa and Hana Kanou.
FG/BWP Live[]
Natsume made three live appearances one from Fighting Girls and two from BWP. Although she lost to Haruna Ikoma at Fighting Girls 16, Natsume did get a win over Ikoma in her debut. At BWP 02, Natsume got the win for FGI against Harukawa but suffered a loss to Ririka Hoshikawa at BWP 03.
Departure[]
Her final appearance for BATTLE took place in late August of 2018 defeating Ren Ichinose in a champion vs. champion match. Natsume would retire as champion by the end of August and the belt remain vacated until August 2019.
